General aggressive model(GAM) consider that qualities or personal factors(such as personality, gender, attitude,genetic, etc.) and situational factors(such as arousing, offensive clues, level of frustration, pain, etc.) can affect the function of various effects on aggressive behavior mechanism of cognition, emotion, wake up. However, the study of the interaction of personality and situational factors to predict aggressive behavior is lacking. Previous studies some personality variables and aggressive behavior are discussed to excite and the relationship between neutral situation, divides into the personality variables have attacked tendentiousness and provoke sensitivity of personality traits. According to the characteristics of activation theory is mainly to discuss the relationship between personality, situation, behavior, the theory is in favor of the "situation of" emphasis on quality related, the situation can be used as matching the characteristics and regulationof behavior relationship between variables.Therefore, the study on the basis of existing research, personal independence, for personality factor, explore interpersonal self-reliance characteristics, the relationship between situation and aggressive behavior. This research designed two experiments to explore and personal responsibility, interpersonal open match, sensitive provoke situations, namely and personal responsibility matching situation can adjust the relationship of human responsibility and aggressive behavior and interpersonal open match situation can adjust interpersonal open relationship with the attacks. Experiment one uses the point deduction, pattern that manipulate different stirring situation. The subjects were randomly divided into three different situations, these 3 kinds of situation setting points in the same experiment tasks, a group of pure competition aroused, a group for pure points aroused, one for the neutral group, the first two group as the experimental group, neutral group was a control group. The experimental results found that(1) Compared with the neutral condition, sparking points, pure competition condition in aggressive behavior on significant difference;(2) Under the condition of points aroused, pure competition, personal responsibility and aggressive behavior is a significant negative correlation;(3) Points deducted based on the traditional paradigm of pure points situation, the situation is open and personal responsibility, interpersonal does not match the situation;(4) Personal responsibility for the attack prediction by pure competition situation adjustment. Under neutral condition, high and low personal responsibility, there is no significant difference for the forecast of aggression; Splash in pure competition situation, low social responsibility than high levels of personal responsibility to show more of, and achieved significant difference. Pure competition is a kind of no points of situation situation, mainly by manipulating the competitive by instructions, that is in order to get the motivation and purpose of associated, involves more initiative attack. Therefore, further evidence that personal responsibility and can induce active offensive situation is related. Experiment 2 is also USES the point deduction, pattern that manipulate different provoke situations, one on the basis of the experiment, discussion and interpersonal openness that matches the situation relations.Subjects were randomly divided into three different.We suggested the following conclusions from this study:(1) personal responsibility,interpersonal open and aggressive behavior;(2) and sensitive personal liability matching situation is pure competition aroused situation, pure competition aroused situation can regulate personal responsibility and aggressive behavior(3) and the relationshipbetween interpersonal openness is pure competition and subtract points matching sensitive situation arouses situation, competition and subtract points sparked situation can adjust the relationship between interpersonal open and aggressive behavior.
