Rural culture is the source of Chinese culture, It’s more andmore prominent that the combination between the cultural construction in rural areas and the economic, political, social, ecological rural cooperative development process. To strengthen the cultural construction is vital to meet people‘s basic cultural rights and the culture development rights. It is an important part to achieve the goal of building a socialist cultural power. It is the proper meaning of promoting the integration of urban and rural development and building a socialist harmonious society.Based on the rural culture construction in Bozhou Xinjiang region and combined theoretical guidance and practical investigation, this paper makes a deep research on the rural cultural construction in Bozhou area.This paper is divided into four parts.Part I: State the importance of strengthening the rural cultural construction. clarify the concepts of cultural construction in rural areas, the importance of strengthening the rural cultural construction inciudes: Vigorously the significance of strengthening the rural cultural construction Bo Zhou areas including promote BoZhou area the important guarantee of social stability and security, promoting Bo Zhou’s inherent motive force of regional economic development and social progress, ensuring the basic cultural rights and interests of farmers and herdsmen BoZhou area important guarantee and enhance BoZhou regional powerful measures of cultural influence.Part II: BoZhou region rural cultural construction of major achievements and experience analysis,using the cultural construction of Marxist theory, we combined questionnaires and staff interviews and other research methods to obtain the relevant data which describes specific initiatives and main results of rural cultural construction in Bozhou, draw some lessons from the experience: First, firmly grasp the leading role in the construction of cultural values. Third, respect the dominant position of the people and Positive practice in reality, as in a small rural cultural construction concept, and explains the importance of vigorously strengthen the construction of rural culture Bo-state area.Part III: Points out the problems that BoZhou rural cultural construction and cause analysis, proposed some problems, including still need to strengthen the education guidance function, and the investment fund to rural construction is not enough, and cultural fronts utilization rate is not high, the lack of cultural construction of rural professionals, the loss of excellent traditional culture resource, rural cultural industry performance is not obvious.Part IV: Provided some feasible way to promote rural culture of innovation and development in Bozhou.under the guidance of the party and the country as well as Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region party committee and government whose policies are for rural culture, and based on the Bozhou State of the State, this paper provided some feasible ways to promote rural culture of innovation and development in Bozhou, including the establishment of a scientific cultural developing, improve the rural system of public cultural services and exploit the rural human resources. as well as optimize the environment for rural cultural industry.
