Recently, with the application of Labor Contract Law and Interim Provisions on Labor Dispatch, not only the dispatch industry of our country has been strictly regulated but also the rights of the dispatched employees have been effectively protected. Compared with official employees, dispatched ones has been an important supplement of a company’s human resources. Therefore, figuring out ways to improve their job well-being for dispatched workers as well as their performance are key problems to be solved urgently.Based on past researches, this search chooses dispatched employees as subjects, focuses on the relationship between identity and job well-being for the dispatched workers, and explores the moderating effect of organizational justice. The research procedures are as follows.(1)Elaborate on theories about job well-being, identity and organizational justice after analyzing correlative literatures and put up research assumptions based on this basis.(2)Apply methods including questionnaire research, deep conversations and statistical analysis to a total of 428 dispatched workers in the front line from a communication corporation in Guangdong Province to do the research. The empirical conclusions are as follows.a) Identity of dispatched employees have significant and positive predictions on job well-being,and also all other sub latitudes(emotional well-being,cognitive well-being,occupational well-being as well as social well-being).b)Organizational justice of dispatched employees and some sub latitudes(distributive justice, procedural justice and interpersonal justice)have significant and positive predictions on job well-being,while informational justice has little influence on job well-being.c)Organizational justice and its sub latitude procedural justice have positive moderating effect on identity and job well-being upon dispatched employees. That is, in an environment with high organizational justice, the more identity the employees have, the higher their job well-being will be. In an environment with low organizational justice or procedural justice, the positive effect of identity upon job well-being will be dramatically weakened, while no evident variance exists under low distributive justice, interpersonal justice and informational justice. Finally, combined with the depth interview results of labor dispatch employees, to improve their job well-being,we put forward some management suggestions to our employment units.
