Along with market competition intensifying, people begin to pay close attention to employee behavior influence on organization, organizational citizenship behavior researches increasingly rise. Until the end of the20th century, the staff behavior which is bad for organization development of negative aspects are also beginning to attract the attention of managers, stealing, seemingly insignificant behavior, procrastination, late to the long-term development of the organization is very important. Therefore, this study selected counterproductive behavior as the main research variable and knowledge workers on the job with bachelor degree or above as research samples. We adopt the methodology of questionnaire survey using SPSS and AMOS softwares to know about the knowledge workers organizational justice, job control and counterproductive work behavior status plus their differences in demographic variables. Therefore we explore the relationships among the knowledge workers organizational justice, job control and the counterproductive work behavior., hope to be able to provide valuable information for the actual management.The main results are as follows:(1) Knowledge workers organizational justice variables of age, region, work place and position are statistically significant;(2) Knowledge workers job control variables of the region, work place and position are statistically significant;(3) Knowledge workers counterproductive work behavior variables of region and work place are statistically significant;(4)There is a significant negative correlation between knowledge workers counterproductive work behavior and organizational justice. The higher level of the organizational justice, the lower frequent of the counterproductive work behavior;(5)Knowledge workers organizational justice predicts the counterproductive work behavior well;(6)It shows a significant negative correlation between knowledge workers counterproductive work behavior and job control. The higher extend of the job control, the lower frequent of the counterproductive work behavior; (7)Knowledge workers job control predicts the counterproductive work behavior well;(8)There is a partial intermediary effect of knowledge workers job control,between organizational justice and counterproductive work behavior. Organizational justice can not only influence counterproductive work behavior directly, but can also have an effect on the counterproductive work behavior via the intermediary of job control.
