With the development of culture and management, culture plays more and more important roles in management. Different company culture means different management mode. Their relationship is more and more valued in management activities. People concern and explore their relationship and try to use it to solve problems and issues in management.Along with the developing of globalization, cross-culture management becomes increasingly important and receives more attention. Many companies and organizations operate overseas and it becomes complicated with the existence of multi-cultures. Currently, companies with cross-culture background need to learn about their culture difference, strengthen their internal communications and merge their multi-cultures to form efficient management mode.In this paper, it introduces the theory and relationship between culture and management, analyses culture and globalization, explains the crossculture theories, cross-culture communications, cross-culture team management and cross-culture human resources etc. It also points out the current situation and problems in A International School’s cross-culture management. With survey research and data collection, the reasons and problems are confirmed. These integrate with the cross-culture theories can analyze and guide the school to solve the problems and improve its crossculture management, which has certain instructive effect in this industry.
