| As a part of the management of international students in colleges and universities,the management of Chinese language learners in China has similarities and uniqueness to the management of international students in ordinary colleges and universities.The reputation and development of colleges depend strongly upon the quality of education.They are facing a large group of foreign Chinese learners in China,whether effective management is related to the quality of student training,the reputation and development of colleges,and the internationalization process of the college education in China.This article comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,field investigation research,and interview.From a cross-cultural perspective,combined with the relevant theories of management,we carry out research and exploration of the management strategies of Chinese language learners in China.The main body of the study in this article is divided into four parts:The first part analyzes and evaluates the existing domestic and foreign research,shows the purpose,ideas,and methods of the study,and defines the core concepts.The second part takes the author as the based on the front-line staff engaged in the management and teaching of foreign students,and the management problems of international students discovered in the work and exchanges with other universities,based on the seminars and individual interviews with teachers and students of Tianjin University Deepen and refine the problem,and then combine the "Administrative Measures for the Recruitment and Training of International Students in Schools"(Order No.42)to summarize and classify the problem,and finally determine the problems as enrollment and foreign students There are five types of training,the construction of the work team of international student management personnel,the attractiveness and management of scholarships,the safety education and guarantee mechanism of international students.Then,by summarizing and refining the relevant research of 9 universities across the country,the management experience of international students from universities in China was optimized and upgraded on basis of experience management theory.In the process of research and data aggregation,the author realizes the necessity of making separate propositions for the management strategies of Chinese learners in China.Therefore,the third part is guided by the theory of hierarchical management.In the future,Chinese learners will be layered according to their Chinese proficiency and learning purpose,and the management content will be divided into Teaching management level and life management level,and then use corresponding methods and strategies to implement their management,so that management and teaching complement each other,and at the same time improve the management quality and learning efficiency of Chinese language learners in China.The fourth part is the point The extension of the idea of "level talent training" has brought the management needs of overseas students from a realistic perspective,a cross-cultural perspective,a cultural coordination theory,self-effects,and attention to group strategies as the theoretical basis,combined with practical problems in the management of overseas students in China,this paper constructs the "Guide System for Chinese Language Learners in China",and puts forward the prospect of the future management mode. |
