A Study On Tu Ethnic Local Cultural Heritage In The New Rural Construction Horizon

Tu Ethnic is a unique nation on the Tibetan plateau, which has colorful ethnic culture. With the rapid development of urbanization and modernization, Tu ethnic culture will inevitably be affected, making it not only to retain the traditional culture but also to be marked the mark of modernization. To culture, we should carry forward the traditional and outstanding cultural achievements, and absorb the marvelous and wonderful achievements of other ethnic’s culture. In the cultural heritage, we should combine with the natural environment, history and culture of the region, to promote the continuity of culture. However, due to the lack of research on the local cultural heritage, village construction of local culture is gradually being forgotten and marginalized, resulting in a partial loss of local culture, which directly affecting people’s cultural life and sustainable development. Therefore, under the theme of building a moderately prosperous society, in-depth study Tu Ethnic local cultural heritage in New Rural Construction, is conducive to the protection of our cultural diversity, but also conducive to rural development.The dissertation has a comprehensive study of the basic situation about Tu Ethnic in the new rural construction, and it pays attention to the relationship between material culture and intangible cultures, analysis of the characteristics of them, their relationship and changes in the process of society. It also has a study of the contents about local cultural heritage in New Rural Construction. From the perspective of protection and development, Tu Ethnic local cultural heritage protection should be based on the concept of eco-museum-type cluster development model, to enhance the concept of sustainable development from the perspective of urbanization, protection and development transformational model and the new concept of ecological migrants resettlement and reconstruction schema. The paper selects Tu Autonomous County which has a strong local cultural flavor in Madong village and Shibadonggou village of Songduo town, the Xiaozhuang village of Weiyuan town, Lianda village and Ji Jialing village in Dongshan Township as a case, on the basis investigation and study of a typical village environment and the associated non-material cultural heritage,to summarize good practice aspects of several villages cultural heritage. Finally, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions about the problems in local cultural heritage.
