Fallacy, Aristotle defined it as "counter" and "refute sophistry", in our daily expression and communication, often consciously or unconsciously involves the fallacy. And the emergence of fallacy, affects our communication smoothly. So it is very important to conduct the thorough research to the fallacy.Study of fallacy of Aristotle has been from the ancient Greek period, Aristotle’s many works, such as the debate goes to and argument, etc., are specializing in the fallacy of the form and types, etc., and explores the causes of errors and solutions. As the foundation of the scholars in the future continue to study fallacy.Corresponding to Aristotle’s fallacy study, the fallacy studies of Mohist school in the pre-qin period have made great contribution too. Although the Mohism fallacy theory usually take the form of instances, lack of independent and complete fallacy theory system, but it describes in a more concrete form, especially introduces, analogy,in detail, which can be seen as the echo of Aristotle’s theory of good. From this we can see that common human knowledge has been proved by the achievements of main stream form east and west culture.Fallacy due to the theoretical study has a good start, so further research has been more abundant. Study of contemporary famous logicians fallacy theory mainly include Walton and Richard Whately, the two theories can be seen as enrichment and development of Aristotle’s theory of fallacy.
