This paper targets the Chinese dialect of Hui nationality in Pan Fang Gou countryside in Urumqi.We conduct a systematic study on Phonetics, Vocabulary and Grammar.We used the method of field investigation,traditional description and the method of experimental phonetics to research this Chinese dialect of Hui nationality.This paper includes five parts.The first part briefly introduces geographical environment,historical origin and development,and the language situation of Pan Fang Gou,and the information of pronunciation collaborators.Apart from this,we also describe the research status both overseas and civil.The second part investigates the phonetics.Through the comparison of this dialect and the mid-ancient Chinese phonology,we seek the pronunciation forms of initial、final and tone.we also compare it with Putonghua to seek their similarities and differences.We use the experimental methods to confirm the tone of individual word.The third part talks about the vocabulary.This section focuses on the components of the Chinese dialect of Hui nationality.The fourth part is about the grammar. We conduct this part with two aspects:morphology and syntax.In addition to these two aspects,we also research the important grammatical phenomenons.The last part is conclusion.We Summarize the main features of this Chinese dialect and describe new phenomenons in the process of language utilization.The traditional study holds the view that the Chinese dialect of Hui nationality in Urumqi is more similar to Zhong-Yuan Mandarin in south Xinjiang area.We find this Chinese dialect of Hui nationality in PanFanGou,Urumqi actually has more similarities with Lan-Yin Mandarin in south Xinjiang area.Comparing with the traditional method, the method of experimental phonetics is more Objective.
