Intercultural adaptation refers to the social members from different cultural background after entering unfamiliar cultural environment to adapt to the new environment.The nature of the work of Chinese teachers is teaching in foreign.Therefore, the degree of adaptation will directly affect the Chinese language teaching.Similarly, the teaching work smoothly or not will influence teachers’ life.With the implementation of the "One Belt and One Road" major strategic policy advocated by the Government,Chinese demand will Sharply increase,we can predict there will be more and more Chinese teachers to work in Kyrgyzstan.Although Kyrgyzstan borders on the Sinkiang,China,their languages,habbits,religions and so on are very different,so chinese teachers may have difficults in Kyrgyzstan.so it is neccesary that research about the cross-culture adaption of Chinese teachers in Kyrghyzstan.In the first part of this article made a brief overview about the background, reason, research methods;The second is the basic of the paper,it will introduce their aims,preparation,the working and living conditions and job evaluation,Kyrgyzstan evaluation,trying to know about the adaption of Chinese teachers in Kyrghyzstan,then analyze and classify the reasons;the third and fourth is the central part,it will analyze cross-cultural adaptation inner and external factors,and try to give relevant countermeasures and suggestions on volunteer selection, training, management and Chinese teachers.
