An Investigation Into The Initial Situation Of Chinese Teachers Volunteers At Heilongjiang University

As the popularity of Chinese continues to heat up around the world,the number of Chinese teacher volunteers going to teach overseas is increasing year by year.This paper takes Chinese teacher volunteers in Heilongjiang University as the object of study,the method of combining questionnaire survey with interview is adopted.A detailed investigation of the basic information of Chinese teacher volunteers,the basic situation about the school,the teaching and living condition of volunteers at the beginning of the term.Through the statistics of the results of the survey,summarized the adaptation of volunteers in teaching and living at the initial stage,and analyzes the causes of the difficulties.According to the problems found in the survey,the paper put forward some suggestion on improving the initial adaptability of Chinese teacher volunteers.Hope to provide some help for volunteers who intend to go abroad in the future.
