Chinese education career puts forward further requirements to Chinese teachers. As being high qualified Chinese teacher depends on effective pre-service cultivating system, it has been an inevitable trend for Chinese teachers to have systematic pre-service academic education. Therefore, the study on the cultivation schemes of Chinese education normal students is very urgent and necessary.Our research mainly used the theory of teacher’s professional development and the theory of curriculum, adopting the case-study method,which took the cultivation schemes of Huaqiao university as a case, and used the empirical method to study the four aspects of the cultivation schemes. The four aspects were what the cultivation schemes was, how the cultivation schemes educated Chinese normal students, what the feedback of implementing the cultivation schemes was, what problems the cultivation schemes had and how to solve the problems.Overall, our research is mainly divided into two sections: the introduction and the text. The introduction described the reasons of choosing the topic, the contents and the methods of the research, literature review and so on. The literature review expounded the theoretical basis of the cultivating of Chinese education normal students and the current research status about cultivation schemes of normal students at home and abroad. The text section has four parts.Part one, it analyzed the constituent elements of the cultivation schemes of the Huaqiao university’s Chinese education normal students and the relationship between them. From the macroscopic view, we concluded the features of the cultivation schemes: the definition of educating goal, the special of educating candidates, the emphasis of the cultivating of language skills.Part two, as curriculum design was the core of the cultivation schemes, it analysed the curriculum design of the cultivation schemes of Huaqiao university’s Chinese education normal students based on the manifest curriculum and the hidden curriculum. We found that the manifest curriculum setting lacked different levels, and its inner structure needed to be improved.We also found that the hidden curriculum was a good complementary to the manifest curriculum, but it had shortages in the allocation of teachers,teaching materials and extracurricular activities.Part three,it was empirical study by designing questionnaire survey and interview survey. Based questionnaire survey, we obtained and concluded the influential factors about why Chinese education normal students chose the major, the plan of their professional development, the demand and the evaluation to the manifest curriculum and the hidden curriculum. By interview survey, we obtained and summarized the evaluation and advises about the cultivating system of the current Chinese education normal students from veteran teachers, graduated students and administrators in Chinese education major.Part four, based on the analysis of the constituent elements in part one,the study of curriculum design in part two, the empirical survey in part three,and combined with our reflection on the problems existing in cultivation schemes of Huaqiao university’s Chinese education normal students, we put forward some improving advises and forecasted the future of the cultivation of Chinese education normal students.
