An Investigation And Research On Private Chinese Language Training Institution

Nowadays,Beijing is at the forefront of national development with the continuous improvement of China's economic strength and overall national strength.while more and more overseas institutions and enterprises have settled in Beijing driven by the policy of"The Belt and Road Initiative ".In addition,the number of people learning Chinese has grown rapidly and the era of Chinese international communication is developing rapidly under the country's vigorous measures to promote Chinese communication,such as establishing Confucius Institutes,starting the "Chinese Bridge" competition and setting up high scholarships,while opportunities for the development of Chinese Language Training Institution have arrived driven by the current era and policies.At present,major colleges,international schools and private non-degree Chinese language institutions have become the three main channels of Chinese communication,while major colleges and international schools are unable to meet the needs of all Chinese learners who come to China due to their fixed class time and their main service to school-age learners.Therefore,a large number of Chinese Language Training Institution have entered the market,especially in Beijing,while private language training institutions have sprung up like mushrooms,becoming an important part of Beijing educational institutions.This paper takes the Chinese Language Training Institution "Shuoba Chinese"(hereinafter referred to as"Shuoba")in Beijing as the survey object investigating the current status of the institution in all aspects,especially focusing on the analysis of its teaching status and trying to provide corresponding suggestions for "Shuoba" and other Chinese Language Training Institutions in Beijing,so as to promote the vigorous development of Beijing's Chinese language Training Institution.This paper mainly discusses the background and significance of the topic selection in the first part,which determines the research object and research method,explaining the current situation of Chinese language Training Institution,laying a theoretical foundation to guide this paper;The second part of this paper analyzes the living space of Chinese language Training Institution in Beijing by investigating the current situation of the TCSL market in Beijing,as well as the current status of Chinese language Training Institution,and analyzing the characteristics of Beijing International Schools,Beijing Colleges and Beijing Chinese language Training Institutions;The third part is the main content of this paper,which analyzing "Shuoba" from the aspects of business model,marketing strategy and teaching status,drawing on its excellent experience by focusing on the teaching status of it;The last part mainly points out the existing problems of "Shuoba" and puts forward corresponding suggestions on the basis of these problems for the market development.teachers,teaching materials,courses,teaching modes and environment.hoping that"Shuoba" can seize the development opportunities,base on the spread of Chinese language and improve its quality of running schools,so as to build its own brand in Chinese language Training Institution by continuously improving its own strength.
