At present,Latin dance is still in a period of rapid development in Shandong Province.Both the number of trainees and the number of Latin dance training institutions are advancing by leaps and bounds.The turnover of Latin dance training institutions,the number of employees and the size of the company are all in line with the characteristics of small and micro enterprises.The special large-scale Latin dance training institutions even meet the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises.In the operation of the imitation company model,the Latin dance training institution has a series of problems that have affected the normal operation of the Latin dance training institution.The company model of Latin dance training institutions is studied by referring to the problems that occur in the development process of small and micro enterprises.From the aspects of the school model and management mode of the Latin dance training institution,the problems in the organization,the advantages and disadvantages of the company model,the author used 20 expert training methods and questionnaires to train 20 large Latin dances in Shandong Province.Institutions and related personnel conducted investigations and studies.The interviewees were the referee of the Provincial Sports Dance Association,the president of Zouping Rural Commercial Bank,and the president of Shenzhen Junyi Art School.The subjects of the survey were the main leaders of the Latin dance training institutions,Latin dance coaches,staff and students.The following conclusions were drawn from the investigation:1.At present,Latin dance training institutions have problems such as high concentration of powers of leaders,unsound department establishment,chaotic employment system,poor welfare,and financing difficulties.The issue of welfare is the main reason for the high mobility of staff(coach).2.The Latin dance training institution adopts the company-based model,which can make the management and operation of the training institutions more standardized and enhance the anti-risk ability of the Latin dance training institutions.Although thecorporate model will increase the capital investment of training institutions,it can be compared with the strengths and weaknesses of the corporate model by calculating the capital-output ratio of training institutions.3.The Latin dance training institution adopts the corporate model and should establish a clear accountability system.4.The application of the shareholding system can not only solve the financing problem of Latin dance training institutions,but also optimize the power distribution problem of Latin dance training institutions and improve the rationality of decision-making.
