As an important section of The CPC party committees at all levels, School of theCommunist Party of China is the base and main training school for leader cadres. Itscontributions to the achievements of revolutions and China Socialist Modernization, theimportant roles it plays as the main channel, base and think tank make it irreplaceable. Withmore than60years of development, the significant achievements of Hebei Provincial PartySchool on academic research, cadre training, trainees management are highly appreciated byHebei Provincial Party Committee.Nevertheless with development of times and inadequacies of training system, someproblems arise gradually during the training processes, these include the deficiency ofstructure and management of trainees, lack of scientificity of traning system and the weaknessin plan in entirety of academic administration.Various of social issues come with the development of economy of Hebei Province, alsothe situations in from of the leader cadres are continuous changing, all these emphasize theimportance of leader cadres training and the situation is becoming more and more serious ofSchool of the Communist Party.There are multiple causes for the problems in the training system of the school, to solvethese problems, the school will need cooperation from other bureaus and departments. Theschool will need more attentions from Provincial party committee organization department andalso other participation units and trainees, Provincial party committee party school boards needto have a strategic schedule of training work, to improve the scientificity of training system andto balance the management and service of trainee management. Only with the cooperation fromrelated departments, t he school will be better fit for the development of times and contributesmore to the achievements of Twelve-Five Formulation of planning of Hebei Province.As an employee of Hebei Provincial Party committee, the author did field investigations,based on these investigations and knowledge, the author aims to propose some suggestions ofleader cadres training under the topic of problems and countermeasure in leader cadrestraining of Hebei Provincial Party committee.
