At present, China ’s parents to pay child support issues, for minor children living andlearning has brought adverse effects. After the divorce of the parents of a minor child ’supbringing and care is appropriate and sufficient for the growth of minor children have animportant impact. Therefore, the law should divorced parents raise their minor children to beclear on the specific provisions to protect the interests of minor children after divorce, whichis also the starting point of this thesis. This article first divorcing parents raising minorchildren analyze the problem, and the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany andother countries a comparative study of the relevant legislation, analysis of the existing legalregime strengths and weaknesses, then made based on China ’s national conditions, improveour parents after divorce child support system for minor legislative proposals. This thesis isdivided into four chapters: Chapter One: Overview of child support.
