Research On The Community Support System To Promote The Fertility Intention Of Multi-child Families Under The Background Of The "three-child Policy

The situation of "aging with fewer children" is becoming increasingly serious in China.The policy of "encouraging three children" and optimization of supportive measures can be beneficial in enhancing China’s population’s age structure,thus increasing the supply of new labor force.The aging of the population can be alleviated,intergenerational conflicts can be lessened,and society’s overall vitality can be increased.However,as a natural human behavior,fertility behavior is affected by many factors,including economic development level,conception of fertility,family structure,social welfare level,child rearing cost,child-rearing system and so on.To foster a favorable reaction to the three-child policy,it is essential to construct a comprehensive,organized,and accessible aid system for infants and young kids based on the locality.Exploring the particular requirements of community assistance for families with three children in China,this paper endeavors to examine the implementation of the "encouraging three children" policy.Examining the present state of affairs and issues with current communal aid,a plan is suggested to construct a comprehensive community aid system that would be beneficial for the execution of the three-child policy.The social support,ecological,and emotional theories of the community form the basis of the family support system for those with numerous children,which is divided into three distinct levels: emotional,economic,and action-based.By questionnaire and in-depth interview,920 families in CN community are investigated and interviewed,first-hand data are collected,and statistical analysis tools are used to refine and analyze the actual needs of families with many children for community support,as well as the main problems existing in current community support and their causes,so as to further expand and analyze the possibility and effectiveness of building community fertility support.This paper attempts to conduct in-depth research at the community level,and proposes a community support system that is closest to the actual needs of families with multiple children.Finally,it proposes a community support system for families with multiple children that enhances emotional support through community social interaction,strengthens economic support by introducing social forces,and enhances action effectiveness by connecting with actual needs.
