Study On The Personal Information Protection Under The View Of Rule Of Law

For the increasingly rampant piracy, information disclosure, we must get a clear understanding of the situation, take the necessary measures for the security of personal information and to protect the legitimate rights and interests. Therefore, the author from the dialectical materialism and historical materialism point of view, the theory of law as a guide, made comprehensive analysis of the objective, and the effective use of case study method, literature analysis method, comparison method, comprehensive research method, how to carry out the information of citizens protection under on personal information of citizens, mainly analyzes the concept, the protection of personal information, the importance of citizen information caused by unsafe factors, China’s legal protection of citizens’information security situation, finally in the rule of law perspective, and puts forward some concrete measures to protect citizens, some information security such as, improve the legal system, strengthening the legal protection; development of information protection technology, building security protection system; enhance the personal qualities, enhance safety awareness and using the force of public opinion, strengthen social supervision. Through the study found that, to achieve the security protection of citizen information project, more complex, need the joint efforts of the whole society, especially the construction of the rule of law and improve the safety consciousness, citizen information protection to speed up the information security, so, can improve the safety of citizens information protection, can to a certain extent, to ensure information security of citizens realization of citizen’s orderly, healthy living and social stability and development.
