Studies On The Training Of Rural Grassroots Cadres In Jilin Province

Rural grassroots cadres is the vanguard and important part of agricultural front which havethe duty of develop the agriculture and the benefit of farmers. Whether the target of well-offsociety could realize will be directly affected by the professional competence of rural grassrootscadres. So, strengthen and improve the training of rural grassroots cadres will have historicsignificance for the realization of the “Dream of China” of Chinese nations great rejuvenation.In this study, the training of rural grassroots cadres in Jilin Province were investigated by theanalysis of references and on the basis of developed experiences of developed outdoor countries.The present situations of training of rural grassroots cadres were collected. The problems andreasons of rural grassroots cadres in Jilin Province were analyzed and the suggestions were alsoprovided for the training which will humble part for peace for the training.There are5parts in this study.Chapter1: the background, aim and significance of this study, the overseas and domesticresearch status, and method, innovation, insufficient and technology pathway were introduced inthis chapter.Chapter2: the concepts of the training of rural grassroots cadres were defined. Theimportant significant and related theory of the training of rural grassroots cadres wereintroduced in this chapter.Chapter3: the present situation of professional competence and training of rural grassrootscadres were studied and cleared by questionnaire survey and individual interviews.Chapter4: the problems of training of rural grassroots cadres were summarized andanalyzed.Chapter5: eight steps of training of rural grassroots cadres were provided. Rationalizedsuggestions were provided for the resources, managements, forms and estimates.
