The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC points out: in the face of new situation and new tasks,comprehensively build a well-off society,and then build a prosperous and powerful democratic and civilized socialist modern country,to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream,we must deepen the reform in the new historical starting point.Adhere to the national infrastructure construction and social undertakings development focus on the rural areas,and further promote the development of new rural construction and poverty alleviation and development,improve the living conditions of rural production,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,urban and rural development.Further promoting the construction of new rural areas is the key to realize the great goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The construction of the new socialist countryside needs to have many factors,including the most important factor.The predicament of talents is the main obstacle to the development of the new rural construction,especially the overall quality of rural grassroots cadres,which has seriously restricted the construction of new rural areas.Taking Heyuan city of Guangdong Province as the research object,this paper analyzes the background,development situation and existing problems of rural grassroots cadres training in Heyuan Province,Guangdong Province,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the training of rural grassroots cadres in China..According to this study,the Heyuan city rural grassroots cadres training work still exist many problems,one is scattered training organization,various departments tend to focus on the business of the department work,according to the needs of the department to carry out related training,leading to different training purposes;training mode two is too simple and not applicable,in the actual teaching process,the effect is not ideal;three there is a certain gap between the training needs and new rural construction,it is difficult to adapt to the new rural construction requirements and needs;four is the heavy knowledge and light ability training,training,the majority of rural grassroots cadres practical ability cannot be improved.To improve the effect of the training of rural grassroots cadres in Heyuan,we must improve the existing training system.Specifically,it is necessary to further define the rural grassroots cadres training principle,that is to adhere to the strategic principle,classification principle,working principle and reasonable principle,pragmatic and scientific;the two is to develop the training objectives according to the needs of the new rural construction,develop scientific training content and mode,enrich the training channels;the three is to perfect the training system,to integrate various resources,the establishment of long-term mechanism of rural grassroots cadres training,improve the training system,improve the management system of rural grassroots cadres training,strengthening the training of rural grass-roots cadres assessment management;four is to innovate the training mechanism,to expand training channels,innovative training methods,innovative training content,enhance targeted training,vigorously introduce advanced teaching methods;the five is to improve the incentive mechanism of grassroots cadres training,including the establishment of political incentive system,economic incentive system and the establishment of social security system of village cadressssss.
