The Research About The Problems Of Non-public Grassroots From United Front Work On New Era

The policy of “reform and opening-up”, the strategic decision issued on the Third PlenarySession of the Eleventh Central Committee at1978, contributes to the recovery anddevelopment of the non-public economy, the formation of the national economy gradually andgradually extensive effect on society. With the non-public economic development, there comesa new social class-non-public ownership economy (hereinafter referred to as non-publicperson), which includes private entrepreneurs, individual industrial and commercial households,and Taiwan compatriots, Hong Kong and Macao compatriots, overseas Chinese investors and soon. They are not only promoting China’s social and economic development in an importantforce, but also being served by China’s united front.The non-public person from grass-roots is the object studied, and they are the forces thatmust be united by our party by the virtue of basing on the bottom of society, keeping the mostextensive contact with the masses and more complex constitution.
