Research Of The Consolidation Potential Of Rural Residential Area Of Yushu

Based on the research background，guiding ideology, principles and research methods ofconsolidation potential of rural residential area, the thesis firstly analyses status，connotationand method of calculating steps of consolidation potential of rural residential area frommacroeconomics standpoint, and puts forward the potential evaluation system. It is on the basisof understanding of nature, economy, society and the residential status of rural foundation ofYushu that the author calculates the overall coefficient from microscopic view by the method ofconstruction land per capita standard, the average standards of construction land, ruralresidential area idle rate, and finally works out the potentiality of rural residents. The authorgrades the potentiality of rural residential area of Yushu and puts forward the safeguardmeasures from the administrative, legal, technology point of view in order to carry out smoothlyand safeguard the economic and social development of Yushu in the way of truthfulness andintensivism.The full text is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction that includesresearch background and significance, research at home and abroad, content, method andtechnical route of the consolidation potential of rural residential area of Yushu. The second partof this text analyses the present state of rural residential area of Yushu; the third part of this textintroduces related content in which mainly includes its connotation, principles，basis of potentialevaluation, contents and method. The fourth part of the text systematically studies theconsolidation potential of rural residential area of Yushu and the coefficient of adding plough,the author divides into4level according to the probability distribution in which uses thesoftware of ArcGISI, and then draws a diagram of potential level of rural residential land,proposes measures to safeguard the research; the fifth part is the conclusion.
