Study On Potentiality And Mode Analysis Of Rural Residential Land Consolidation In Dezhou City

Rural residential land consolidation is the important approach to the dynamic and qualitative balance of cultivated land and to controlling the gross of construction land, and is the important content of building a new socialist countryside. The potentiality evaluation is a basic work of making sure the all-important region and projects of rural residential land consolidation. To analyze the models and to sum up experiences of rural residential land consolidation, will benefit the development of rural residential land consolidation.In this paper, methods of documentation, field survey, statistics, Delphi, AHP(The Analytic Hierarchy Pricess) and synthesize analytical method were employed. Based on the investigation of the utilization and the land consolidation of the rural residential, this study evaluated the potentiality and classified the potential of the rural residential land consolidation in Dezhou. The models of the rural residential land consolidation are also discussed in this paper. The countermeasures for the future of the rural residential land consolidation in Dezhou were put off based on the frontal analysis.This paper brought forward the characteristic and the problems of the utilization of the rural residential land, and difficulties of the rural residential land consolidation in Dezhou. Which gave reference to the potentiality evaluation and the analysis of the models.Taking districts and counties as evaluation units, this paper evaluated in the first instance the potentiality respectively by four methods, and four potential acreage were worked out. The four potential acreages were 31927.48 hm~2,3342.02 hm~2,24688.29 hm~2 and 6073.29hm~2 respectively. Based on the single index evaluation, adopting four evaluation indexes and employing the Delphi and AHP method for weight determination, this paper classified the potential of rural residential land consolidation in Dezhou based on the synthetic value of the units. The 11 units were classified three grades. The first grade potential section included 1851 villages of 2 counties which are Lingxian county and Linyi county. The second grade included 5110 villages of 7 counties which are Decheng district, Laoling county, Yucheng city, Qihe county, Ningjun county, Xiajun county, Wucheng county. The third grade included 1259 villages of 2 counties which are Pingyuan county and Qingyun county.Using for reference of the internal and overseas documentation, this paper discussed the models of rural residential land consolidation in Dezhou, and analyzed the land consolidation models of Nianlipu, Sangzhuang, Juzhen, Liangzhuicun, and Xiaoshenzhuang deeply.This paper put out the countermeasures for the future of the rural residential land consolidation in Dezhou based on the frontal analysis. The results of the study may be used as reference in determining the key areas and key projects of rural residential land consolidation in Dezhou.
