Study On The Arrangement Of Rural Residential Area In Urban-rural Conjunctive Region

The arrangement of rural residential area is promoting rural construction to incense, save and increase the intensity of land use in rural residential area and enhance the sequence, rationality and science of it and improve peasants'situation of their farming and life as well as the environment of rural area, by means of the technology and adjustment of land rights, village remolding, merging and reusing. The arrangement of rural residential area in urban-rural conjunctive region can not only promote the saved use of land in order to realize the goal of harmonious development in urban-rural conjunctive area, but also plays an realistic significance in gradually breaking the dual mechanism in urban-rural conjunctive area and construction of new rural area in the society.The author made the research in arrangement of rural residential area in urban-rural conjunctive region from the aspects of theory and example.In theory, based on the progress of arrangement in rural residential area and urban-rural conjunctive area, the author discussed the connotation, rule and progress of arrangement in rural residential area in urban-rural conjunctive region and did research on the micro-level. From the assessment of situation, the author discussed the way to make the mold and sequence of arrangement of residential area in urban-rural conjunctive area. On this basis, the author studied the way to compute the potential area of the arrangement of rural residential area. Discussed the protective mechanism of the arrangement of rural area in order to offer foundation of its successful progress.In example, based on the data of collective land survey in Haidian District of Beijing in 2007 and the data of land use changing survey and the investigation of rural residential area in Haidian District, the author analyzed the traits, problems and the reason behind it in such area. Then according to the rule and progress mentioned above, guided by the basic technical research and be backed up by such map software as AutoCAD and Mapgis, the author completed the assessment, the layout and competing of potential area in arrangement of rural residential area in Haidian District. Because of its multiple missions such as economic development, industrial transferring and protection of cultivated land, we should take the expanding and environmental protection of the edge of cities into consideration. The adjustment of the layout of rural residential area should take the rule of farmers'working for rule, take development of industry for objective and coordinate the relation of economic increase and protection of cultivated land so as to guarantee the healthy development of big cities.
