The Research On The Ideological Development Of Community Party Branch

With the continuous development of Socialist Modernization, Urbanizationcontinues to accelerate, and the community building becomes an inevitablerequirement of socialist modernization, and the Community Party Branch plays acentral and leading role in that course. Strengthening the building of CommunityParty Branch is beneficial to the consolidation of the Party’s reigning position. As theprimary Party organization, the construction of Community Branch of the Party isdirectly related to the development of Chinese Communist Party. This paper attemptsto use Honggutan as a pilot topic in which we conduct an in-depth study.This article can be divided to five parts:In the first part: we elaborate the necessity and significance of identified researchof the ideological construction of the Community Party Branch and set forth theresearch methodology of this article. We also study the current status of the researchdomestically and abroad, thus state the research value and methodology of ideologicalconstruction of the Community Party Branch.In the second part: We define ideological construction of the Community PartyBranch from the perspectives of ideological construction of Community and PartyBranch respectively, and analyze the role of the Community and the Party Branchbranches ideological construction play in the ideological construction of CommunityParty Branch.In the third part: we analyze the current practice survey status of the PartyMembers of Honggutan Branch including gender, education, occupation, physicalcondition and their proportion analysis of participating the construction of PartyBranch; we discuss the achievements of the ideological construction of CommunityParty Branches at Honggutan, such as the orderly conduct of educational activitiesand improvement of ideological status. However there is still space to improve in theconstruction in terms of the method and pattern of ideological education.In the fourth part: We explore the factors leading to the problems found in thesurvey of the construction of Community Party Branch of Honggutan from the internal and external angles.In the fifth part: We develop the measures and suggestions with regards to theissues and their according reasons in the ideological construction of Community PartyBranch in Honggutan mainly through the improvement of the managementmechanism of ideological education of Party members, improve the ideological levelof educators themselves, enhance resources and foundation of the construction inorder to fully and better develop the value of the construction of Community PartyBranch and critical gross-root value of Community Party Branch to the Party.
