Pork is the main food resource ofdaily life, the market supervision of which affects the public health and hasprofound influence in sustainable economic development and societystability.Guangzhou government pays great attention on pork quality. It hasbeen devoted increasing labor and money to the supervision of porkquality and enacted some management measures correspondingly toenhance this supervision, which improves the pork quality to a greatdegree. However, there are some problems in some links of the supervision,especially the law enforcement in pork market supervision.
