Research On Supervision Of Law Enforcement In Shishi Market

In recent years,comprehensively promote the rule of law in accordance with the law,the market regulation of administrative enforcement actions have been put forward higher requirements,there is an urgent need to improve and perfect the market law enforcement supervision mechanism.By the end of 2014,Shishi explore market regulators to carry out major reform,integration of industry and commerce,food and drug,quality supervision an d other departments responsibilities,establish the Bureau of Shishi market supervision and Administration,initially established a new institution of law enforcement supervision syste m and mechanism,but there are still many problems in operation need to be resolved as soon as possible.This paper makes full use of literature analysis,system analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,use the theory of decentralization and balance,based on the re search of the general theory of market supervision law enforcement and market supervisio n law enforcement supervision,combined with my own work in this positions and first-han d information i acquire,comprehensively analyze the status of Shishi market supervision an d law enforcement supervision.Based on the analysis of the status,this paper analyzes the problems in the field of supervision of law enforcement in Shishi market supervision,su ch as the deviation in the field of supervision,the role of internal supervision is not obvi ous,the accountability is not in place and so on,and analyzes the reasons for the above problems,for example,the administrative relative person fails to play an effective supervisi on,the weak supervision of the authority,the effectiveness of public opinion is not enoug h,the judicial supervision has not yet been effective,the supervision of laws and regulati ons is not perfect,etc.Based on the analysis of the reasons,and put forward the implem entation of market regulation and law enforcement supervision in the field of full coverag e,pay attention to the objects of supervision supervision,strengthen the authority supervisi on and restriction effect,strengthen the supervision of public opinion,improve the efficien cy of judicial supervision,improve the effectiveness of the market supervision department internal necessarily,propose the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the constructi on of laws and regulations.At the same time,this paper tries to put forward some suggest ions and countermeasures from the front line of law enforcement,and do some preliminar y thinking for perfecting Shishi market supervision and law enforcement supervision mec hanism.
