On The Problems And Solutions In The Executive Law Enforcement-with A Case Study Of Quality And Technology Supervision Bureau In X City

China has stepped into an unprecedented period of rapid economic development since joining the World Trade Organization,people's living requirements have been greatly improved,the requirement for product quality has been optimized,and the relevant quality laws have been continuously raised.The overall law enforcement ability of executive personnel has been enhanced.However,in the current situation,the quality and technical supervision of law enforcement work still face many challenges.This paper analyzes the current difficulties of executive law enforcement in China and the main problems in a specific city as well as its countermeasures,hoping to play a fair and just role in the work of quality and technical supervision and enforcement of the law.Quality and technical supervision department is an important national law enforcement agency and administrative department,which is also of great significance in ensuring product quality,maintaining healthy competition in the market and so on.The number of law enforcement personnel,the level of work style and professional level directly affect the implementation of relevant laws and regulations,principles and policies,eventually affecting the market and economic development along with the image of the country and the government in the hearts of the people.With the continuous changes of social and economic situation,there are many problems in the quality and technical supervision and management of our country.The existing system cannot adapt to the requirements of the new era.Therefore,in the executive law enforcement of the Quality Supervision Bureau,the status of the system reform is particularly prominent.On the basis of understanding the research of quality supervision departments at home and abroad,the author analyzes the present situation of administrative law enforcement of quality and technical supervision in a city and finds out the problems existing in the executive law enforcement.The author tries to find the reasons behind and combines them with the current situation of social development and market requirements,summing up the corresponding solutions to the quality and technical supervision work in order to give constructive suggestions to promote its continuous improvement.Guided by some related theories and researchers at home and abroad,this paper points out the problems existing in the law enforcement work of the city's quality supervision,the main reasons of which include the insufficiency of the law enforcement ability,the inadequate means and scope of the quality supervision enforcement,and the imperfection of the quality supervision system and so on.From the point of view of law enforcement personnel,enterprises and consumers,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the supervision ability of the quality supervision department.This paper aims at further enriching and improving the means of law enforcement of quality and technical supervision,expanding the scope of administrative law enforcement and improving the quality supervision system.At a deeper level,it can make some contributions to enhance the quality supervision law enforcement capacity of our country.
