The Research On The Function Of Social Organizations In Urban Community Service Construction

In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the function of community organizations participating in the construction of urban community service.However,the role of urban community social organizations in community service construction is still restricted by many factors,and can not give full play to its functions.Therefore,how to promote the community social organizations in the urban community service construction to give full play to its role has become a hot issue in academic circles.This paper intends to city community social organizations as the research object,selects the Jiabao community as an example,from the current situation of NGO function in the construction of community service in the city,on the face of the plight of the analysis.The study found that the present community social organizations in city community service construction,is confronted with two major difficulties: First is the internal factors,including three aspects: self defects,identity defects,ability defects;Second is the external constraints,including the law,system and policy are imperfect.Then,the author took the problem from the government,society,community organizations and community residents in four aspects of the causes of the problems,on the basis of reference to the community social organization in the United States,from overcoming the self and external defects,put forward the Countermeasures of our country's community social organization function in the city in the construction of community service.
