The Study On Training Mode And Mechanism For Representatives From Non-communist Party Based-on Ability Of Participation And Discussion Of Government Affairs

The multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under theleadership of the CPC is the fundamental political system and the socialist partysystem in line with China’s national condition. Consolidation and development ofmulti-party cooperation is of vital and lasting importance for the healthy developmentof socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, it is the basisto strengthen the education and training for non-Communist Party representatives forimproving their abilities and all-round qualities as well as for enhancing multi-partycooperation effect.This thesis, which targets the education and training research of representativesfrom non-Communist party in Shenzhen, will define representatives fromnon-Communist party, and elaborate their training needs, planning, implementation,assessment, and teaching conditions, etc. according to Shenzhen united front workpractice, for the sake of probing into training mode and mechanism to improve theabilities of participation and discussion of government affairs in Shenzhen formembers from non-Communist party and to serve as an example for the issue in theothers provinces.Overall, this thesis has achieved four innovative results. Firstly, it gives scientificdefinition about Shenzhen representatives from non-Communist party, and ensurestraining model is more scientific and targeted with clear objective. Secondly, itclarifies the capability of participation and discussion of government affairs forShenzhen members from non-Communist party to direct training effectivenessimprovement. Thirdly, new training model has been developed for Shenzhen membersfrom non-Communist party and includes training need and performance follow-upsystems. Lastly, a series of measures have been put forward to ensure effectiveoperation of training model, clarifying motivation, restriction and process of trainingand assuming practical significance.
