Research On The Mode Of Party Member Education And Training Based On The Current Situation Of Dingzhou

The education and training of Party members is an important link in the construction of Party organizations.Under the background of the new era,the traditional education and training mode of Party members is facing great challenges.Party members are political groups with distinct Chinese characteristics,and their educational contents should fully conform to the identity of Party members.The premise of establishing a new education mode is to make clear the absolute core content.At the same time,the rapid development of Internet technology brings new opportunities for the innovation of Party members' education mode,which also indicates that the education mode of Party members will change greatly.However,the education work must conform to the background of the times,be forward-looking and operable.It may not be able to fully meet the objective needs by simply changing the education mode to online means,because the online and offline education and training methods have their own defects.For the education and training departments of Party members,they should actively introduce Internet technology with more positive thinking and attitude,and take into account the combination with offline practical work to carry out teaching.The new generation of information technology means should fully reflect the characteristics of Party members' education and training keeping pace with the times,adapt to the requirements of various tasks of reform and innovation,and organically combine the two teaching methods to serve the education and training work.For a long time,there is a lack of scientific and systematic standards for the evaluation of the effect of Party member education and training.While adhering to the party spirit education,we should use the Kirkpatrick evaluation model to carry out a four-level comprehensive evaluation of the education and training effect,reflect the comprehensive research and judgment of both sides of teaching and teaching application,and highlight the relevant characteristics of learning organization.Taking Dingzhou City of Hebei Province as an example,this paper systematically combs the current situation of grassroots Party member education and training in Dingzhou City,and analyzes the problems and causes.Based on the analysis of the investigation,the paper forms the "1+2+4" trainingmode,constructs an effective new mode of Party member education and training,and probes into the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of Party member training in Dingzhou City.
