Twenty-first century is the era of economic globalization and political multi polarization, the development of science and technology has also led to dramatic changes in the public administration environment and asked for more requirements to the government administrative ability.All the governments are facing fierce competition and enormous challenges, human resources are considered as the most important strategic resource.Under the impetus of the new public management movement, the modern public service personnel training has become an important way to improve the ruling ability and the important guarantee of building a service-oriented government. As for the special situation of our country, non Party representatives also play an important role in economic construction and social development through political consultation, democratic supervision and participation in the deliberation and administration of state affairs. Due to the continuous expansion of all walks of professional talents in China's non Party representatives, it asks for higher requirements in the training form and content, the traditional training has been unable to meet the demands.There is an urgent need to study and improve it from the perspective of internationalization and marketization.At present,China's non Party representatives training research mostly focus on improving policies and environment. But it still lacks effective research especially in the less-developed regions of China. This essay hopes to put forward some feasible countermeasures for non Party representatives training by doing research on the present situation and existence questions of non Party representatives training in Jiangxi province.
