| Administrative examination and approval is the modern national pipe thebeforehand control of an important means of each transaction. The development ofadministrative examination, optimizes the allocation of government institutions andfunctions, improve administrative efficiency and service quality has a crucial role inpublic administration. At this stage, the correct understanding of administrativeexamination and approval system, analyzes the existing problems in the process, andthrough the system of administrative examination and approval to evaluateperformance appraisal system, to further transform government functions, improveadministrative efficiency, and build a service-oriented government is of greatsignificance. This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter, Introduces the research background of this paper, thedevelopment situation of the administrative examination and approval system, for thepurpose of this study and the structure has carried on the brief description.The second chapter, analysis two levels of the administrative examination andapproval work of Tian Jin, and the existing problems are put forward.The third chapter, the concept of performance appraisal， the differencebetween efficiency and effectiveness, and promote the meaning of the communistgovernment is analyzed.The fourth chapter，for efficiency evaluation of administrative examination andapproval system establishment principle, target is analyzed, and according to thereality of the efficiency evaluation of administrative examination and approval of TianJin evaluation index system are analyzed.The fifth chapter, combine the development of Tian Jin administrative approvalservice work, the administrative examination and approval efficiency assessmentimplementation effect is analyzed, and put forward the efficiency evaluation ofadministrative examination and approval should be focused on in the future. |
