Practices And Reflections On The Construction Of Social Security System Of A County

Social security system is a basic system of a country and an important symbol ofa modern society’s civilization progress. Establishing and improving social securitysystem is important to stable the expected of the returns, promote the development ofeconomy and maintain social stability. Also, a perfect social security system is toimplement the scientific concept of development and to build a harmonious socialistsociety.This paper researches and analyzes the social security system in A county topoint out a suitable social security system fit to the level of local economydevelopment and provide a reference for some certain department to make decisionsand policy.This paper includes six parts. The first chapter, introduction, introduces thesignificance of theme and the research method, etc. Practice makes perfect with theguidance of the theory. The practice of social security system depends on the theory ofthe social security system. To build a perfect social security system must be guided bythe scientific theory. The second part of this paper introduces the concept of socialsecurity and social security system and the social security system in our country. Thethird part shows the practice and revelation of social security system in other countries.The forth part of this paper describes and analyzes the social security system in Acounty and measures the level of social security from the social security levelcoefficient, the coefficient of the level of social security development of the county.The fifth part deeply analyzes the main problems and reasons existing in A county’ssocial security system. In six part decisions and advices are put forward by takingforeign countries as lessons. The author suggested that the construction of socialsecurity system in A county should perfect the social security policy, strengthencapital supervision, standardize information management integration, integrateorganization of agency to realizes the integration of urban and rural social security.
