Such as the United States, European Union, Japan, generally basedon analysis to risk the dangers. Legislation covering the control of the whole processof food; clear division of law enforcement supervision, coordinated, and improve foodsafety regulatory system of accountability for us to learn.China should learn and absorb the foreign food safety legal system based on thecombination of China’s national conditions, improving the legal system of China’sfood safety legislation and enforcement through legislation and law enforcement.The legislation contains the improvement of food safety laws and regulations, thefood safety risk assessment system, the system of food traceability, the food recallingsystem, and the unity of food safety standards for forming a scientific andauthoritative national food safety standards.
