The Study Of Cadre Education And Inspiration During The Period Of Yan’an

During the period of Yan’an, the Communist Party of China carried out the work of cadreeducation widely and deeply. Facing the arduous and historical mission, the Communist Partyof China trained a crowd of outstanding cadres. They were united as one and gained the victorywith leading the people. The glorious achievement is tied up with the successful cadreeducation. The cadre education, during the period of Yan’an, accumulated a lot of successfuland valuable experience.Nowadays, the international and internal environments are changing all the time thatcause multifarious problems. Informationization and internationalization bring abouttremendous influences. Besides, with the reality that our country will have been in theelementary stage of socialism for a long time, the development of socialist enterprise in Chinaand the achievements of the socialist modernization and the Chinese dream need a crowd ofoutstanding cadres. The theoretical and executive levels of the cadres are heightened by cadreeducation. So cadre education will play an increasingly important role.The paper explored the successful experience of the cadre education in the period ofYan’an by the research about the main content，methods and characteristics of the cadreeducation in the period of Yan’an. Then, with the characteristics of contemporary society, thepaper proposed some inspiration for cadre education in nowadays. The paper is divided in fiveparts. In the first part, the paper expounded the characteristics and significance of cadreeducation during the period of Yan’an. In the second part, the paper discussed thecharacteristics of the cadre education during the period of Yan’an. The paper summarized themain content and avenues of the cadre education during the period of Yan’an in the thirdsection. Furthermore, the paper explored the successful experience of the cadre education inthe period of Yan’an in the fourth section and proposed the inspiration for the cadre educationin nowadays with the contemporary characteristics in the fifth part.
