Research On Education Of On-job Cadre In Yan’an During The Period Of The Anti-japanese War

Cadre education work and the development of the Party’s cause supplement and support each other. The construction of a cadre with high quality and ability is the important prerequisite for the successful completion of the party’s work. Therefore, cadre education was considered as an important part of cadre policy from Communist Party of China’s establishment and a necessary task of the cadres work.At the times of Anti-Japanese War, according to the needs of the new situation, the CPC Central Committee carried out cadre education activities at Yan’an. On-job cadre education was put in the first place so that cadre’s education has obtained the unprecedented development. During this period, the Party’s cadres education established the scientific guiding ideology, enriched the education content and education method, established the education system to suit the need of the development of cadres, so as to form a complete system of cadre education, cultivate and bring up a large number of outstanding cadres, and promote the development and prosperity of the cadres of the Communist Party of China, and promote the victory of the Anti Japanese War and the new democratic revolution.At present, the academic circles for the research on education of on-job cadre in Yan’an during the period of Anti-Japanese War is gradually in-depth and formed some important research results, the results of these studies for further study has certain reference for the test value. However, these results have not been comprehensively and systematically studied for the ideological and basic targets. This thesis is based on the collection of a large number of relevant information, and the in-depth study of the relevant issues.During the period of Anti-Japanese War, on-job cadre education accumulated a lot of successful experiences, which wrote an important page in the history of cadre education. Today, to systematically and deeply research questions related to Yan’an cadres education during the period of Anti-Japanese War, not only has important theoretical value and academic value, but also for the education of cadres in the party still has many important significance.
