Study On Legal Consciousness Of Ethnic Areas

Ethnic legal construction in the region is to achieve the key elements of the ruleof law, also focus on building a socialist country ruled by law, the focus and difficultproblem. Legalization of ethnic areas of building a harmonious society as animportant part of the development strategy, lts success or failure is directly related tothe ability to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the majorityethnic minorities, directly related to the realization of China’s modernizationconstruction of the great socialist rule of law mission. The ethnic areas is a nationalpublic awareness of the law to achieve the rule of law an important regional culturalfoundation, and ethnic region is closely related to the sustained and stabledevelopment, to raise people’s awareness of the law, to achieve the rule of law andbuilding a socialist country ruled by law has important strategic significance.Based on this, articles in Xunhua salar autonomous county as the research object,to enhance the legal awareness of ethnic areas as a starting point and destination,Marxist legal concept as a guide, based on the relevant legal theory, using acombination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, through field researchin the region, comprehensive analysis of the status of legal awareness in minorityareas, and the establishment of indicators on the salar autonomous county of Qinghaiprovince, a comprehensive evaluation of the level of awareness of the law, finallyfind out the level of awareness of the law restricting ethnic areas the factors, issues,and this raised the level of awareness of the law to enhance the ethnic areas ofproposed measures.
