| Gannan region is located in China’s southeastern hills, north of Nanling mountain.Gannan region of the Republic of China when China has some typical characteristics,especially in inland rural areas of the South, at the same time retain some of its characteristics.Central Soviet Area and Chiang Ching-kuo ruled during the Gannan region experienced twospecial period. Unlike the other two periods both historical periods Gannan region, but alsospecial in other parts of the historical process. In both of the same geographical area nearclose time period, the Communist Party and the Kuomintang, Marxism-Leninism with theThree Principles of the Soviet model and authoritarian modes of these two distinct politicalentities, political philosophy and governance model has planned conducted a series of morerural significant social transformation and construction. And made their different effects. Thehistory of these two under the same geographical study and compare both help us understandsome cases even the Gannan region during the Republic of China’s rural construction, moreprofound impact forces through the two ideological evolution and the historical process ofChina ’s in contrast, understanding of both the differences and similarities.
