Study On The Construction Of Rural Social Organization In Lianshan Zhuang And Yao Autonomous County Of Guangdong Province

The Third Plenary Session of The Eighteenth CPC Central Committee explicitly pointedout, that to stimulate the vitality of social organizations, to decouple the administrative organfrom the trade associations and chambers of Commerce in deadline, to cultivate and givepriority to the development of the industry association, the urban and rural community socialservice organization, founded directly apply for registration. Therefore, it give us animportant issue, that how to speed up the construction and development of rural socialorganization, how to promote the increase of peasants’ income, and how to promote spiritualcivilization consciousness.It shows that the rural social organization plays an important role in the development ofrural economy and social stability through the study on the construction of rural socialorganization Lianshan Zhuang and Yao Autonomous County of Guangdong Province. It alsoshows that there are some restrictive factors and disadvantages in the construction process,such as the development of the rural social organization is not balanced, the system of therural social organization is not perfect.Based on the reference of domestic and foreign ruralsocial organization construction experience, the paper trys to put forward effectivecountermeasures of rural social organization development from a sound managementmechanism, the development of policies and regulations, increase financial support, adhere toguidance, strengthen the discipline construction, etc.This study on the promotion of Qingyuan City Guangdong Province, Lianshan Zhuangand Yao Autonomous County of the rural social organization construction has a directpractical significance, and hope to promote the construction of China’s rural socialorganization, to promote the development of new socialist countryside, let the peasants equalparticipation in the process of modernization, to share the results of modernization.
