On this basis, in accordancewith the sequence of procedures of Customs Protection of intellectual property rights in China,respectively discusses the processing procedures for the record, seized and investigationprocedures, penalties and the infringing goods, analyzes the legal provisions and the presentsituation, find out the existing problems and reasons, and puts forward some improvementsuggestions, hoping to be useful for improvement of the Customs Protection of intellectualproperty rights.
