Today, with rapid development of science and technology,we human beings haveentered an era of internet, which has become a forceful impetus to people’s productionas well as life, and it also evolves to be unprecedented opportunities and challenges tothe ruling and construction of the Communist Party of China. Under thiscircumstances,to comply with the trend and keep pace with the time, the CommunistParty of China produce the network party building mechanism to make a great stride.The so-called Network party building refers to a mechanism through which aparty strengthens its construction of their own party interactively, which can be seenas an exploration or extension of traditional party building in methods, informationdissemination way as well as the mode of activity, based on the internetinformation.By exploring the open affairs of party management activities, the party’seducation, learning education mode, integration of the party organization resources,the party can construct a fully functional network system of interconnection andmodernization so as to promote the efficiency and scientification of the partyconstruction and to improve practice activities of vigor and vitality of the state,society.Compared with traditional party building,network building can gain alarger,quicker and broader information.However, at the same time, its rapiddevelopment would lead to some reaction, and to some extent, there are some factorsstopping its way from developing:hidden dangers in network platform weaken itsinfluence and appeal; Technical talent is lack of systematic study, and unable to meetthe development needs of network party construction;nonstandard informationchannels will seriously affect the authenticity of information; imperfect operationmechanism shackles the healthy development of the network party construction.To analyze the causes of these problems, it must be started from enhancingattraction and influence to strengthen the construction of the party construction ofnetwork platform we are required to promote the development of network partyconstruction. from strengthening its vitality and creativity to improve the personnel structure of network party construction; from deepening the party building theory ofnetwork knowledge and theory resources to make use of its function of Partyconstruction; from enhancing its normative systems and mechanisms to improve thenetwork party construction operation.This article consists of four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,introduction of its status and trend in related fields and the elaboration of the researchmethods. The third chapter portrays main developing stages of network partybuilding and Summarizes the achievements of party building our party has madein our country.However, the network party building development is not yet mature,requires to deepen the practice of theory and exploration. The fourth chapter putforwards some personal views and expectation towards the network party building,combining with the whole article. In general, from the view of image, function ofnetwork party, we must deepen the network party construction of theoretical researchand practice to explore, expand its political influence, and improve the enthusiasm ofthe masses of party members to build a harmonious network society of party building,and find a way for the Chinese characteristic socialism network party building.
