With the development of our country’s economy, a large number of farmers living placefrom the countryside to the city, the location of the work from the land to the enterprise,resulting in our society and growing a special group to migrant workers. Over the years,they made great contributions for our country’s modernization construction, however, dueto various reasons, China’s migrant workers are faced with many problems of urban life,according to these situation, our country has issued many laws and regulations about thepeasant workers’ legitimate rights and interests safeguard. With the development ofeconomy in our country, since the turn of the century, some new features appear in the flowof migrant workers group, however, China’s migrant workers management still existproblems, still cannot meet the diverse needs of migrant workers.In this paper discusses the research background and significance, first defined theconcept of migrant workers in the new period, combined with the characteristics of migrantworkers in the new period has put forward the problem that the management of the migrantworkers in the new period, the management problems of rural migrant workers in newperiod mainly embodied in the lack of social security, lack of relevant laws and regulationsas well as the binary household registration system, many aspects, such as combination ofthese problems, this paper analyzes the cause of these problems, while fully draw lessonsfrom foreign migrant workers, on the basis of relevant management experience, combinedwith the characteristics of migrant workers in China in the new period, put forward to solvemanagement problems rural migrant workers in the new period in our country should stickto the principle of, including the people-oriented service, integration, unified urban andrural areas, Shared principles, puts forward the method to solve the problem of China’smigrant workers management path in the new period, including establishing rural migrantworkers in the new period management concept, management mechanism, eliminate thedual household registration system to establish relevant laws and regulations and othermeasures. Only for migrant workers and improve the management and effective solution tothe problems in the process of China’s migrant workers management, can basically meetthe vital interests of the migrant workers, and better solve the employment problem, ourcountry enterprise to promote the better development of China’s economic future, morehelp to the building of a harmonious society. So, only China’s migrant workers andimprove the management work, to fundamentally solve the problem of migrant workershas become increasingly serious in our country in the new period.
