Legal regulation of the real estate market risk is an important research topic in Economic Law. Steadydevelopment of real estate related to people’s livelihood, not only performance in the real estate industry isclosely associated with many real estate market stability, which is indispensable for the smooth running ofeconomic factors, but also the performance of the real estate industry is closely related with people’s lives,cannot be ignored. Along with the rapid development and prosperity of the real estate, the real estateindustry chaos, economic bubble, the financial crisis and other market risks come over unannounced.Effective regulation of the real estate market risk needs to establish and improve the real estate market risklegal regulatory system to achieve purposes of legal security. In the new period of socialist marketeconomic construction, protect the healthy and stable development of the real estate industry, with a strongreality and urgency, is a serious problem cannot be ignored. Once the real estate market risk losing control,it could engulf the entire national development results, and induce other social and political problems,resulting in unimaginable disaster. For the real estate market risk, there is a lot of space to improveprevention and control mechanisms, relying on laws to regulate the effect are not obvious. The study of thereal estate market risk legal regulation, to provide for the regulation of the real estate market risktheoretical support, to find a solution, prompting real estate risk regulation law onto the track.
