Accident investigation of work safety is a major economic and social issues, dueto the historical period of reform and opening up in our country, work safety accidentsstill occur frequently, security situation is still very grim, the endless securityincidents caused huge losses to the economy and society and people’s personalproperty, How to handle security incidents better is an urgent challenge before us, theaccident investigation as essential elements in incident handling should be takenseriously.However, the relevant system of accident investigation in work safetyrevealed many problems in practice: Accident Investigation largely dependent onadministrative decisions，emphasis on the investigation to the responsibility, someaspects of the accident investigation body, investigation procedures, the investigationreport has been unable to meet the increasingly complex accident investigationwork.In based of a lot of literature review analyzes the real plight of accidentinvestigation, to find the direction of improve system of accident investigation in worksafety by comparative study:comparing our country’s to foreign country’s:change ourcountry’s current government-led type of accident investigation system,separating thetechnical survey and the responsibility survey timely, while accident investigationfocused on building standalone mode and expanding community involvement. Whileimprove the accident investigation structure, the main system,the procedure systemand the reported system for accident investigation also should be improved. Measuresto improve the body systems including: construct accident investigation body evademechanism, oversight mechanisms and divide privileges reasonably. we should focuson accident investigation fairness, openness and relief in the improment of accidentinvestigation procedures system. Finally, to improve the relevant system of reportssystem in accident investigation from the concept of accident investigation, accidentinvestigation time and the standardization of the results of the accident investigationor other aspects.
