Study Of Intellectual Property Protection Under The Background Of Innovative In Jiangsu

Research on intellectual property protection under innovative background is anew subject of management science. As mankind has entered the era of knowledgeeconomy, the research on this subject has important theoretical and practicalsignificance. Intellectual property protection research under innovative background isto make the government understand the interaction of innovation and intellectualproperty protection on the basis of understanding the basic connotation of protectingintellectual property rights and innovation, and knows how to obtain, to use, to protectand to manage intellectual property rights; and through the improvement ofintellectual property protection policy, the government plays a positive effect onintellectual property protection for innovation, thus eventually promoting socialinnovation and competitiveness.This study explores the intellectual property protection of government from theperspective of the relationship between innovation and intellectual property protection.Based on the definition of innovation, it analyzes the positive and negative effects ofprotection of intellectual property rights for innovation from the perspective ofintellectual property rights protection and the improper protection of intellectualproperty rights; and further analyzes the association of Jiangsu province innovationstrategy and the protection of intellectual property rights, what role the governmentshould play in the perfection of the intellectual property protection. At last, theprotection of intellectual property rights situation in Jiangsu province is introduced.On this basis, it puts forward creative countermeasure of perfecting the system ofintellectual property rights protection under the background of innovation for Jiangsuprovince.
