Preliminary Study On Scientification Of Ideological And Political Education

This paper is born to answer these questions, why we will promote thescientification of ideological and political education (SIPE); is it possible; what is thecurrent status; are there any problems and solutions? In order to find thesesolutions, this paper centers on the scientification of ideological and politicaleducation and discusses its necessities and possibilities, current situations andproblems, principles and methods. In the new period, the ideological construction ofCommunist Party of China needs SIPE which is the direction of itself development.Also, it is the requirements of the overall development of the modern scientificdisciplines. How can we promote the scientification of SIPE? We must have somethinking ways. What goals do we follow to achieve the SIPE? These require us todefine the connotation of scientification.In a sense, scientification is “turn into a science”. In this paper, I interpret itfrom the following three aspects as it developed. Scientification requiresestablishment of a knowledge system whose feature is objective regular systematicand normative. Scientification requires the course of research is scientific.Scientification requires scientific social structure that means institutions which canpromote the process of SIPE, culture values which can support the institutions,agencies which can execute the institution and soft environment which concerned theinstitutions and the culture values. Thus, the connotation of SIPE is very clear. TheSIPE is to make the IPE an objective regular systematic and normative knowledgesystem; SIPE is to make the course of research scientific the focus of which isresearch methods; SIPE is to establish scientific social structure of IPE whichincludes institutions culture values and social agencies. It is a vast system. Limitedby the length of this paper, we just discuss the research methods in the second aspectand the agencies in the third aspect in this paper. There are three parts whichsurround the three levels of the scientific connotation in this paper which elaboratesthe connotation of scientification, the connotation of SIPE, the current situation and problem of SIPE, principles and methods of SIPE. These discourses concentrate onthe theme and maintain consistency throughout the entire article and make it a strictsystem.Speaking From the problems and measures，currently，SIPE needs a long wayto go. Generally speaking, the regularity, objectivity, systematic, and normative ofIPE need to be strengthened; the research methods of IPE need to be more scientific;scientific social structure of IPE should to be deepened. To solve these problems, thispaper proposes some targeted solutions. For example, according to the principle ofobjectivity, we should strengthened basis of facts of IPE; scientification requires IPEto enhance its systemic, we advocate learning form system theory to construct thesystem of IPE; according to scientification and modernization of the researchingmethods, we advocate the use of modern scientific research methods; according tothe lack of social structure, we hope the promotion of technological research anddevelopment studies and so on.Certainly, because of the profound nature of this topic, the limited level ofwriting, there are other problems of this paper. For instance, some of the discourse isnot in-depth and vague. It should be more prefect.
