Research On The Township Female NPC’s Participation In Rural Community Governance From The Perspective Of Status Constructing

With the continuous progress of grass-roots democracy in China, rural community governance under the background of new rural construction is gradually transformed. Township female NPC delegate as a representative of the elite of women in rural communities, plays an important role in rural communities. On the one hand, women delegates through their capacity can effectively link the government and the masses, it will help to form public opinion and government governance interactive connection mechanism. On the other hand, as a special group, women delegates to participate in community governance, thus hold the political resource equality with men, it also shows the women play an effective role in the rural "half the sky" in community governance. In the current academic research field, research on women’s participation in community governance is still relatively small, and for female deputies involved in community governance concerns basically is a blank.This thesis selects the township women represented as a starting point, through the discussion of the participation of rural community governance status and development path, for related research and discussion.The full thesis is composed of five parts, including introduction, theoretical explanation, description of the present situation, causes and countermeasures.The first part is the introduction, it describes that the research emphasis is exploring a valid path which the township female NPC delegate can participate in community governance in this particular rural community. Related research background and research significance are introduced, and it also has the study of women’s participation in rural community governance literature carding, and clarify the research ideas and the overall frame structure of the thesis.The second part mainly illustrates the related concepts and theories. Put forward in this thesis, the study environment is rural communities, the object is the township female NPC representatives in this environment, the body of research is a variety of activities that occur in the process of participation in village affairs management and the underlying causes, laid the foundation of research papers.The third part by introducing G city township female NPC delegates to participate in rural community governance experience of related cases and the interview record, this attitude toward its participation in different groups and cognitive, as well as participation in governance present situation, it tells the main problems of women’s participation in community governance.The fourth part uses the Status construction of theory to analysis, gives the reality to theoretical research, to explore the deeper reasons of women deputies to participate in the governance of rural communities. Find its position properly, the external social environment and policy support of the preference is the important factor of the current constraints of women’s participation in governance.The fifth part combines with the third and fourth part of the analysis results, and proposes we should form a network structure of the interactive mechanism, and from the cognitive basis of identity construction, the political process and the social identity of three aspects to construct a good social environment, perfecting the national policy and remodel community cohesion, in order to promote women deputies to better participate in rural community in the process of governance.The innovation of this thesis is using the Status construction of theory to analyze the present situation and problems of female NPC delegates to participate in community governance. At the same time, it uses the qualitative and quantitative analysis based on actual case investigation results to explore the network structure of a kind of "individual-Society-the national" interaction mechanism, to find a feasible path for the participation of women in the rural community governance.
