It is very important for countries to satisfy their people’s basic necessities. Have solvedthe problems of food and clothing, some Chinese people are facing the problem of “live”. Thehigh prices of housing make the economic prosperous, but bring pain to many people. Somepeople call the times “house slaves era”, but most people maybe call it “can’t be house slavesera”. The country has put forward the affordable housing system and low-rent housing system,and wants to solve the problem. In the process of implementation, some local governmentsexplore the system of “common property security housing”. The “common propertyaffordable housing system” seems to be widely accepted, while its companion piece“common property low-rent housing pattern” is strange.“Common property low-renthousing” is contradictory. As we all known, low-rent housing means to rent not to sell. In fact,low-rent housing deals with the transaction of property. Why is it “common property low-renthousing” further? Many local governments that maybe lack of money promote it. Of course,many people acquire their houses blessedly by this way. Some public persons oppose it, butthe buyers are happy at the same time. The author puts forward some suggestions: to perfect top-level design,to complete legal system, to strengthen the financial security, to protect the buyers’ interest,and so on.
