Study On The Low Rent Housing Legal System In China

Housing problems concerning people’s livelihood. Low-rent housing system as an important part of the housing supply system, as well as an important system of housing security system arrangement, to solve the housing problems of urban low-income groups played a pivotal role.However, the implementation of low-rent housing system in our country only more than ten years,although some progress has been made, but its inherent system design flaws and there are still some less than satisfactory in the implementation process, constraints in this system practice play a greater role.Based on this result, the paper intends to legal issues to make a low-rent housing system of, and proposed to improve the system of countermeasures and suggestions in order to improve our low-rent housing system help.Paper is divided into four parts.The first part: describes concepts and characteristics of low-rent housing,low-rent housing has pointed out the special legal attributes to explain the current low-cost housing a special role in our society overall economic environment in the occupied;the second part analyzes the current status quo of low-rent housing system and problems, and thus cause of the problem of formation of a detailed analysis, easy remedy;the third part, by studying other countries and regions of low-rent housing legal system,excellent analysis of the experience of other countries and regions,to provide reference for the construction of the future significance of the legal system of low-rent housing;the fourth part of our current existence of the relevant legal flaw low-rent housing system, the author put forward some of their own views and recommendations, provide a reference for building the future of the legal system of low-rent housing.
